Perform an audit of policies, procedures and processes, identifying gaps and recommending review program
Facilitate workshops and/or work with senior officers to:
- Understand customer service V customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Identify ways to better support staff to perform their role
- Determine approaches that will improve customer experience, support staff to do their job and meet business goals and requirements
